Student Trainee Engineer, NIWC Pacific (Formerly SPAWAR)

Worked on various projects within Communications branch, and Infrastructure branch

  • Grounding Rod repair at Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, directed ground logistics and performed basic engineering tasks
  • P-013 Building project for NIOC Command, performed tech writing and installation supervision
  • H4H Division Procurement, coordinated procurement efforts, working with various vendors and contacts to secure equipment and supplies for H4H personnel
  • Worked on AutoCAD drawings for PHNSY security project, created wiring diagrams for contractor use

UH Manoa Regents Scholarship, State of Hawaii, 2016-Present

Regents Scholarships are awarded to 20 outstanding freshmen who receive an SAT total score of at least 1340 or ACT combined score of at least 29, maintain at least a 3.5 GPA in academic subjects in high school, and whose extracurricular achievements are shown to be remarkable.

Skills USA Networking First Place (State), Skills USA, 2015

Skills USA is a competition for students in Industrial Arts classes, I competed in the Networking competition which consists of: Cable making, Network Configuration, and Support.

NSA Stokes Education Program, National Security Agency, 2016

The Stokes Education Program is designed to offer students a fully paid scholarship to any college of their choice, along with a yearly stipend and salary, with the obligation to work for the NSA for 1.5x College Duration upon graduation. I ended up declining this scholarship to accept the Manoa Regents Scholarship instead.
